§3 For what purpose, to what extent and on what legal basis we process personal data

The data of visitors to the Website remain anonymous to us and are processed only for statistical purposes to study user activity on the Website. During a session, the Website stores cookies in the user's browser's memory. We make the statistical data available for processing to Google Inc. using the Google Analytics tool.

  • ensuring the security of the services we provide to you electronically, including enforcing compliance with InfoBrand's internal policies and preventing fraud and abuse and ensuring traffic security;

  • Organization of loyalty programs, contests and promotional activities in which you can participate;

  • storing data for archiving purposes, and ensuring accountability (demonstrating our compliance with legal obligations)
§4 Personal data retention time.

Personal data necessary for the performance of the service is kept for the entire duration of the contract, and after its termination, the personal data of customers contained in the billing records will be processed for the period necessary for financial reporting.

Personal data may be processed after the termination of the contract, for the purpose of claiming outstanding payments until the Parties' financial settlement.

Other personal data will be kept only until the purpose for which it was collected is fulfilled.

We guarantee the fulfillment of all your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. the right to access, rectify and delete your data, limit its processing, the right to data portability, not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, and the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

We require the following personal information from you in order to be able to enter into and perform the contract concluded with you, and thus provide you with the service:

  • email address and phone number.

If required by law, we may require you to provide other data necessary, for example, for accounting reasons. Apart from these cases, providing your data is voluntary.

The Service uses small files, called cookies. They are saved by the server on the computer of the person visiting the pages of the Service. We use cookies for the following purposes:

PLANETA declares that it processes personal data provided or entrusted by Users in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997, and that it applies technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed data appropriate to the risks and categories of data under protection, and in particular protects Users' personal data against unauthorized access, loss or damage.
